We’ve spoken about Power of Thoughts, as well as Your Choices, this week in continuation of our topic on sustained growth and happiness; let’s take that much deserved ‘Pause’

Take some time off doing nothing. Allow yourself to flow. Spontaneity is great for growth. You are a human being, and it is essential to connect with ‘being’ and not only with the act of doing all the time.

It is the nature of life to have ups and downs. Most of us know how to enjoy ups; the downs take away the joy of life. It is vital to feel the being and allow yourself to feel your feelings. There is a deep, long-term joy in honouring your feelings. When suppressed, they create dis-ease and suffering of mind, body, and spirit. Sometimes, it is an excellent choice to not react out of fear and be in your presence.

Each person has their frequency of ‘me time’ that resonates with them.

Some suggestions for a pause to restore:

●    Take time out to Meditate. Observe your thoughts
●    Build a Daily journaling regime to de-stress and de-clutter
●    Spend time in Nature
●    Listen to your favourite music
●    Relax, take a salt bath, or get a massage

How often do you pause from your busy schedule?
Which is your favourite Me-Time moment?

Taking a pause helps recharge,
resulting in higher engagement and better performance.
