In the essence of celebrating Women’s Day, we had an empowering talk with a wonderful group of ladies who wished to increase awareness on “Living from a place of choice”. We explored how we get trapped in to Reaction when we have the ability to switch to Response. The talk ended with a live Q&A with practical tips and exercises to help deal with stressful situations.
