ELSA is Lady Shree Ram College, New Delhi’s Alumni Association. Our workshop was attended by a dynamic group of ladies with diverse interests.
The workshop was on “How to take our remote back in life”? We explored “Fight or Flight” reactions and discussed the state and ability to Respond. We dived deeper into visualizations of stress and experienced how to come out of that stress. The talk concluded with some powerful yet practical tips for daily practice to increase our awareness.
