Manzil is a nonprofit special needs school situated in Sharjah. We had a workshop exploring “How to express from a place of empowerment”. We shared examples of victimhood that creates more anger and toxicity in our lives. We then did role-play on how to break away from those patterns and communicate from inner strength.
