How to Overcome the Fear of the Unknown

Why do you Fear?         
                      

We, humans, want to hold on to the Past as it brings certainty and security of the known. Even if you know the Past is over, a part of you still wishes it anchors you. The Future is always a mystery and unknown and thus brings Anxiety and Fear. The conflict of Past versus Future is illusionary, as one is gone and the other is unknown. This illusion creates fear.

How can you overcome Fear and Anxiety?

 

The biggest gift we have is our present, and in the current world situation, it is hard to believe that. But the only way out is to connect inwards, and that is by being in the Now. When you concentrate on your breath, you stimulate life and vitality. Your breath is your reality, and the more you focus on improving the health of your breath, the healthier mental, emotional, physical and spiritual state you will have. You can also choose any activity that brings you to the state of presence.

Confusion between Past and Future brings uncertainty, Breathwork brings Calmness and helps you conquer your fears.    

                 

How often are you noticing your breath? The more aware you are of your breathing pattern, the more in control you can be of your situation.
