What you resist persists; what you accept transforms.
Change shifts us from a comfort zone into an unknown zone; it is a human reaction to resist it. In the current pandemic crisis, it is an even more valid reaction. However, what we cannot change, we can find ways to use it to our benefit and growth.
How will you embrace acceptance? What can you do to overcome resistance?
As the wise said, "Do your best and leave the results in the hands of those who know the best."
Life is like a school, you prepare your syllabus, and you are not sure what you will be tested for in your exams. When you know you have done your best, thereafter be open to the result, it will save a lot of internal fight, anxiety, fear and exhaustion. You can save energy, emotions and remain pragmatic when you do not attach too much to the results.
When you take life too personally, everything becomes a fight to win; practising a step back helps make better decisions and improve your quality of living.
