I was recently invited to speak on 'Skilling in Communication' to 'Patna Women's College' in collaboration with 'Aspire for Her' as their Mentor. Over 500 students attended this interactive webinar of Q&A session with intelligent, insightful, and intriguing students from the college. Being clear, concise, and coherent in relaying your message are skills of high performers, which can be acquired through soft skill development.

I call them 5Ps- Understanding the five P’s in Communication leads to strong communication skills in a corporate environment.

  • Problem Solving Techniques

  • Purposeful Listening

  • Personal Development

  • Proactive
