Why do you worry too much?

You worry because you care and love. It is okay to worry; however, you drop your energy to a lower frequency when you worry. Then that energy passed on to others around you, and more importantly, to your loved ones whom you worry about.

How will you overcome worry and turn it into positive vibrations?
 

1. Acknowledge that it is okay to worry

2. Channel your worry to positive thoughts – convert it into:
 

           ·        Energy of Love

           ·        Energy of Prayers

           ·        Positive Energy of Inner Strength

When we put our energy into thought, we make it alive and active. The more we connect with that thought, the more alive it gets. It is not the thought or worry or beliefs that hold the power of their own; the concentrated energy fed into it that makes it a reality.

 

Love and Inner Strength raise your vibrations. Channelling these vibrations will make you and the people around you worry-free and see things in a positive light.
