Do your best and know that there is nothing else in your control beyond putting in your most sincere efforts.

Practice mindfulness regime like meditation. It helps strengthen your mental and spiritual muscles and allows grace to flow.

Build trust in a higher power. It makes you humble, and you will find it easier to let go of conflicts.

Visualize positive outcomes. If you constantly worry about what can go wrong, you put more energy into your fears and strengthen your doubts and fears more than nurturing your potential with positivity.

Focus on all the gifts of life you have been blessed with to strengthen your trust and faith.
When you do your best and trust the universe to take care, you attract peace, good health, and happiness.
