End of the year is nature's gift to pause and acknowledge yourself. It is time to appreciate your courage and compassion and not be hard on yourself.
   
As we come close to year-end 2021, I would like to thank you for being in my life and express my gratitude to the Universe for saving us through the pandemic.

Most of us had anticipated this year to be more accessible after the crisis of 2020. However, personally, 2021 started with Covid in my family with severe post covid effects months later.

The realisations I had when I could not breathe and was unsure of being alive the next day showed me how futile our self-imposed barriers and thoughts are. How fleeting life is, and how we try to hold it thinking we can control life.

The key is to slowly breathe in and breathe out through every situation in our life. You will be amazed at the miracles breathing brings in life.
