Roles of bonds and relationships in rebuilding a new world
Is 'loneliness' the silent pandemic on the rising?
understanding one's self
We are better advisors to others than to our selves. Why? When it is a third party, you look out of the box with a deeper insight and objectivity. Your awareness, breath, and mind function in harmony. But the moment it comes to your own self or your close ones, your mind gets caught up in fear and the drama and is unable to function objectively. Your breath starts getting shallow, and you feel boxed-in.
Being Aware of Yourself
The solution to come out of box is to see yourself as a third person. That way you can use your insights and intution for finding answers, that are most true to you. This observation skill can be acquired by anyone with regular practice and commitment.
To keep it all going smoothly, you have to practice mindfulness, breathwork, and observing skills. The more you practice them, the more expanded your Consciousness will be, and you will be more prepared to deal with any surprise life throws at you.
Look beyond the body and the mind. Connect with the space that sees it all, knows more than the sum of all your experiences put together. You will be better prepared to handle the roller coaster ride of life.
