Communication is key

Communication becomes effective when you understand your own needs first and then approach others seeking a solution. When you focus only on problems you will react, thereby breaking the communication channel.

It’s Okay To Ask For Help

People usually think that  seeking help is a sign that you're vulnerable or weak. But it is actually the opposite because asking for help demonstrates you are strong enough to accept that you don't know all the answers and you are willing to learn. It also means that you are trying to cope with a bunch of hostile and uncomfortable emotions like fear and embarrassment, head-on. There should be no shame in asking for help.

We are running a series of videos on Q&A on Gender Roles to create more awareness on how we are living unconsciously with some obsolete beliefs that are not serving us in today's era. We look forward to your feedback and support on spreading this shift to make our current and future generation more empowered and accepting. Let us together build back this world into a more happier place to live.
