Are you draining or charging your battery?
When we feel sick after eating something, we often analyze what we ate that caused the upset. We retrace and then look into a pattern. We now become mindful of those foods or eating habits to avoid the unpleasant feeling in the future.
So, what happens when we feel mentally upset or imbalanced? Do we analyze what kind of conversation, frequency, or vibration affects us positively and negatively? Are we consciously avoiding conversations, thoughts, and energy that upsets our minds?
It is essential to create boundaries and space with people to reflect on ourselves and what drains us and what charges us. Once we are aware of our nature and likes and dislikes, we can then work on making good choices to create harmony and balance in our life.
Mental Detoxification
Practicing silence with introspection is a great beginning. I did a silent retreat recently for six (6) days and experienced transforming insights and epiphanies. They were conversations with my soul, my guide, and the Universe.
Try a mental detox by giving your mind a break from undigested thoughts and worries for 20 minutes daily with the power of silence. Observe what you don't need during your introspection and flush it out.
A great tool to recharge your battery!
