Are you holding on or flowing?
Do you ever feel there is so much more you have in you than people are aware of? Do you know of your uniqueness and gifts?
Have you heard of the phrase, 'Rolling stone catches no moss'?
Doesn't it speak a lot on how important it is to flow?
We live in a world where hurts, criticisms, and showing down is not an uncommon feature. Most of us fear failure, setbacks, and mocked at. We procrastinate and hold ourselves back from expressing and taking steps to move forward and as a result, doubt ourselves.
Recently I read a book By Tod henry called 'Die Empty'. He talks about how important it is to express ourselves rather than taking all our gifts with us and burying them when we are gone.
How to overcome the fear of self-expression.
The more we express, the more we learn and receive. Another myth is if we share or show, we might lose our exclusivity, or others might copy us. In truth, when we express or partake, we open ourselves. The more open we are, the more we allow new ideas to enter. We cannot grow with stuck, stale, and stifled energy and blockages.
Just like in adding new clothes in your wardrobe, you need to circulate some. Also, what is the point of having a wardrobe if you are not going to wear those clothes?
So, don't wait for any further and procrastinate. Execute the idea you have been holding back and go for it.
Don't hold back and hide your talents and gifts.
Bring life to them to live a more fulfilling life.
