Whatever you resist, persists!
When there is a Change, it is a human reaction to resist it. In the current pandemic crisis, it is even more valid reaction. However, what we cannot change, we can find ways to use it to our benefit and growth.
How do I get out of fight or flight mode?
Change is necessary, and these are ego bashing times that we find difficult to accept. The only way forward is to allow and accept what we cannot change and choose ways to use the change positively.
What you resist, persists! If you cannot change it, embrace it!
