Nature teaches us how all colours, shapes, and sizes of trees, flowers, fruits, and birds coexist in harmony. We can accept every part of us too and feel the harmony within.

In this video 2, we are connecting with higher frequency to uplift the heaviness of isolation. Activities relating to inner creativity allows our right brain to engage and flow. These are the areas where we connect, express and honour our feelings and not only get caught by others expectations.
