Can you recall your happy moments in life?
What is it that genuinely makes you dance with joy?
Take a pause and make a list of at least five events, memories or things that made you happy in the past. Now ask yourself how often you get time to connect with those actions and space that fuel you and nurture you.
Make a reasonable plan and have a date with yourself doing things for yourself that gives you the joy, happiness, and life you are missing. Share with other friends as it helps your joy to multiply; also, you may be helping someone deal with their lows in life. The more you connect with the source of your happiness, the more you will expand and become alive.
