Our Mental Health is extremely important throughout our life. As a toddler to adolescent transitioning into an adult and then senior citizen, we need to have a stable and progressive state of mind. Our mind helps us transition into not only different stages but also different phases of life. For example, responding to any crisis or highs in life requires mental engagement. If our mental health is ignored, it will impact all aspects of our life.
How we think, react, feel and perform is impacted by our mental state. When we make mental health our priority, we can handle stressful situations much better.
Our mental health reflects our thoughts, behaviours and actions.
If we wish to improve our quality of life, we must make mental health our priority.
