Marathon Workshop
Last week I spent three (3) days with Future Hope students and staff members on Life Transformation through workshops. I have been doing this program for over a year now at Future Hope. And, I can see the shift in the students and myself.
Future Hope has become part of my life now, and I really enjoy interactive work with the students. We had yet another exciting workshop that I thought this time of weaving them around Lion King, a musical that Future Hope students performed last year. We explored the different voices and characters in the story that also play in our heads in real life.
Through awareness, we found ways to create harmony, humour and empower energy within ourselves in real-life situations.
We all agreed if we sow apple seeds, we will get apple plantation.
So, to be the warrior like Simba, we cannot think like Scar, the villain.
We reap as we sow!
