How Do You Embrace Change Positively

As we continue with the theme of ways to have sustained growth and happiness, we have discussed: ‘; ‘Your Choices’, ‘Power of Thoughts’, ‘Importance of Pause and Restore’, ‘Keep your interest alive’, ‘Build Trust & Let Go’. This week’s topic is all about ‘How Can You Embrace Change’.
Change is always tough to embrace. It brings conflicts and resistance. It becomes challenging to embrace the change, especially when we have no control over the change.
How Can You Embrace the Change?
You can embrace the change through acceptance of what is. Acceptance of what is, brings contentment. It does not imply that you should not work towards your dreams. It is after you have done everything possible to your best choices, best ability, with vigour and trust; you sit back and accept whatever surprise life brings for you.

Practise mindfulness through meditation, journaling, being in the moment.

Connect with your intuition and inner guidance.

Practise seeing the bigger picture.

The more you practice seeing the bigger picture by practising mindfulness, the easier it will be to be in the present.

The more you are in the present, the more you embrace what is. All the conflicts are of the unresolved past or unknown future.
When you build awareness of being in the present moment, you will find it easier to surrender, accept and embrace what you cannot change.
